Special Guest Speaker: Bob Von Elgg from Bigfish Smallpond Design

Bob Von Elgg shows a recent print campaign for a local client, IDE

This week our class was honored to host Bob Von Elgg as a special guest speaker. Bob is from local design firm Bigfish Smallpond Design. Bob was kind enough to share his time and discuss his career path from cartography to graphic design and the challenges of designing for print and website development. Bob showed examples of his client work in the form of print media, websites and animation, and showed the layers and processes involved in creating a unique and effective brochure. Our class extends a big thanks to Bob for sharing his time and insight.
